One of NYC’s largest and most successful office furnishings dealerships is looking for a person to fill the role of Account Manager, Used Furniture Division. This is a critical role for the company, and the person hired for this role will be expected to enthusiastically jump in and lead this effort for the company. A key differentiator for Arenson Office Furnishings is that we provide a full range of services to our corporate and professional clients, and used furniture is one of those services.

We are looking for an independent, entrepreneurial person with significant used office furniture sales experience to commercial clients. The candidate will be very computer-savvy, understanding and be willing to execute sales from the initial contact through the final paperwork. The ideal candidate will understand the used office furniture channel and have extensive experience and contacts in this business. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in professional business furnishings, including panel systems and workstations. The target market for this business line includes, small and mid-sized businesses as well as some corporate giants, and includes individuals looking for better home office furnishings. The ideal candidate for this role will also have experience using the Internet and social media as sales vehicles for used office furnishings. This key position is based out of our Queens, NY facility. The full-time position comes with a salary, volume-based bonus plan, and a full benefit package.

  • 5+ years experience in used office furniture sales
  • Required education: High school or equivalent
