• Freight claim processing for any damaged, lost, or shorted product.

• Computer supported inventory management.

• Storage for surplus inventory.

• Delivery coordination for temporary, refurbished, or new furniture.

• Tagging and staging of furniture for systematic delivery and installation.

• Loading dock, elevator, and installation area inspection.

• Coordination of delivery truck arrival, freight area and elevator use.

• Delivery and unpacking by Arenson's trained and certified staff.

• Coordination of project personnel including Carpenters, Electricians, etc.

• Accurate installation or reconfiguration, according to an approved installation plan.

• On-site installation supervision by a field manager.

• Removal of packing materials and debris prior to move-in.

• Timely completion of punchlist work.
