Arenson is seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Account Manager who approaches every project with strategic thinking and the utmost attention to detail.  Individual must have 2-5+ years demonstrated experience with complex, full-cycle project management with an understanding of the office furniture industry.

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling and assignment of projects
  • Assigning tasks to project teams.
  • Monitoring team progress
  • Reporting project status
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of each project
  • Identifying efficiencies and maximizing profit for each project
  • Managing the project bid process in a proactive manner
  • Advocating on behalf of clients when interacting with vendors

The right candidate will have:

  • excellent leadership and team facilitation skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to effectively communicate intent, plans, status, issues, alternatives, solutions, and to resolve conflicts
  • demonstrated high energy, can-do attitude, and a passion for design
  • excellent MS Excel and Word skills are required
  • the ability to work with a fast paced team and take direction, as appropriate
  • knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat Pro are pluses
