Arenson + Knoll assisted a reinsurance services client based in Connecticut by managing the client’s workplace relocation from a plan comprised predominately by private offices, to their new Stamford headquarters which is completely open-plan. The project called for responding to all furniture needs including workstations, executive areas, reception, coffee bars, mailroom, and reuse of existing furniture. Arenson provided full dealer services that included specifications and review, furniture ordering, verification and tracking, site assessment, delivery, and installation punch list. Since completing the client’s original headquarters project, Arenson has nurtured and maintained the client relationship, and has been awarded the contract for the client’s New York City office as well as multiple satellite offices nationwide.
