Arenson Props became part of Creative Office Resources following the merger of Office Resources and Creative Office Pavilion in January 2022. FAQs

Delivery and Self Pickup
We do not provide in-house trucking services, but we can collaborate with external trucking companies on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to pick up from us or arrange your own transportation, we can assist in scheduling trucking for you.

Damages
Customers are responsible for all lost or damaged items. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection upon return. For damaged or lost items, there will be a replacement or repair cost for each item.

Rentals
Short-term rental pricing is based on a 1–7 day period. Long-term rentals are available for production offices and prop rentals.

Refunds
Once an order has left our warehouse, no refunds will be issued. Orders that are confirmed and then canceled may be subject to a restocking fee.
